The Targeted Email dashboard gives you a fast, at-a-glance view of how your email program is performing. Use it when you want a quick check-in without running a full report.
Before You Begin
- You have access to Targeted Email in EveryAction
- At least one email has been sent from your account
Time estimate: 2–5 minutes
Step 1: Navigate to Targeted Email
Start from the EveryAction Home Page.
- From the left-hand sidebar, select Engagement > Communication Tools > Targeted Email.
- Click Targeted Email.
Don't see Targeted Email? Use the Search for a page field in the left-hand navigation and type Targeted Email.
Step 2: Review the Summary Section
At the top of the Targeted Email dashboard, you'll see a summary of how your emails have performed over the last 30 days, including a comparison to the previous 30-day period.
This summary helps you quickly spot whether your program is trending up or down.
Step 3: Review Recent Email Performance
Below the summary section, you'll see your most recently sent emails listed with the following metrics for each:
- Number of recipients
- Opens (%)
- Clicks (%)
- Bounces (%)
- Unsubscribes (%)
Tip: Hover over any percentage to see the exact count.
Step 4: View More Detail on a Specific Email
- Find the email you want to explore in the list.
- Use the dropdown to the right of the email name to open its results page.
- Hover over percentages on the results page to see hard counts.
Step 5: See All Sent Emails (Optional)
To view a complete list of all sent emails, select View All or click the Emails tab at the top of the page.
