We are experiencing an issue on one computer in our office when accessing Apricot. After logging in, the session remains active for approximately 30 seconds before automatically re-authenticating and prompting the user to log in again. This process repeats continuously, preventing normal use of the system.
The issue appears to be isolated to this specific computer. Could you please assist us in troubleshooting and resolving this problem?
It will do this with any login name and password.
