Getting Started
To access grant management tools in EveryAction Development, navigate to an Organization contact record and select the Grants section. From there, click "Add New Grant" to begin creating a grant plan or view existing grants associated with that organization.

Grant management tools help you cultivate relationships with granting organizations while tracking deadlines for deliverables throughout the proposal process. The system allows you to monitor the entire solicitation cycle from identifying potential funders to final stewardship of awarded grants. You can track grant status, record required actions, set reminders for follow-ups with grantmakers, add deliverables for easy tracking, and monitor progress against your fundraising budget. Grant plans include sections for proposal details, award dates, probability scores, program information, deliverables, and various tracking tools to manage all aspects of your grants.

Reporting
Track your overall grant program's progress using the Grants Report, which provides a comprehensive view of all grants and their statuses. The Summary Bar on each Grant details page offers a quick glance at key data points. You can also customize Follow Up Reports and Pledges reports using Action Plan details to track specific grant-related activities. Create custom searches in "Create a List" using any grant criteria to generate specialized reports for your needs.
