Greetings from Orangewood Foundation,I am curious to know if anyone on the channel has received approval from CalOptima to submit PDFs of Apricot-built forms as opposed to PDFs created/provided directly by CalOptima? In previous audit cycles, our staff have been filling out the latter and then uploading them into Apricot via a document upload field. However, if we could have staff filling out the Apricot-built forms this would be much more ideal, as staff would not need to navigate between two different browser tabs.Curious to hear from the group!-Blaise (Database Admin)

I created a self-service form for members to update their contact information, including their telephone numbers and SMS opt-in status. The existing telephone numbers don’t display and do not get recorded when added. Address changes are recorded. What am I doing wrong?

The enable Confirmed opt-in was used on a signup form, but the visibility of the email opt-in field was hidden. People submitting this form did not receive the triggered confirmation email. They are now marked as Sent-Not Confirmed. I am not able to change their status to pending on their contact record; the box is greyed out.Any idea how I can send these people an opt-in confirmation email? Re-submitting the corrected form doesn’t work.

We are using Apricot.  We created a survey, published it and created a hyperlink to it for our clients to complete it on their phone or other device.  It works fine on iPhones.  But on Android phones, and some ipads, when users get to the end of the survey, the ‘Submit’ button is either partially or completely hidden below the users visible screen, so they cannot submit it.  Any advice?  is this a known problem?  Thank you

I’m wondering if anyone has experience using Smart List fields versus linking forms and could share some insights! We currently maintain a master list of schools that participants can enroll in. To track enrollment, we use a linking field on a Tier 2 form under each participant’s profile called “Education Outcomes.” This form links to a separate Tier 1 form called “Schools,” which essentially serves as a profile for each school participants can enroll in.I’m working on building a new system, and it seems like using a Smart List field that pulls from the Name field on the “Schools” Tier 1 form might be a simpler approach. Is there any reason to keep the current setup as a linking field rather than switching to a Smart List? The only real reason to keep it as a linking field that I can come up with is if we might need to pull additional information from the “Schools” form for reporting purposes, which could make maintaining the link more useful.I’d love to hear from anyone who has experien

Hi, I've noticed the Every Action Zoom integration creates a lot of duplicates, even when the name and email are an exact match to an existing Contact Record. Are there any plans to fix this? Or if there is some way we can turn on stricter matching across our organization we would gladly do that too as we'd rather not have more than one contact record per email address anyway. Thank you!

Has anyone used the append only text box field type? We are considering using it for one of our goal forms to record progress towards accomplishing a goal instead of using a linked progress notes form.If you use this field type…How are you using it? Have you discovered any challenges or limitations we should be aware of?

I keep getting myself confused about using Soft Credits and Attributions so I came here to second check myself. When we receive a contribution from a DAF (such as Goldman Sachs Gives) the correct way to record this is:Assign the Contribution to the contact record for Goldman Sachs Gives.Assign the soft credit to the advising Donor (John Doe) with the attribution type “Donor Advised Fund”Is that correct or do I assign the contribution to John Doe and Goldman Sachs Gives gets the attribution of “Donor Advised Fund”?Thanks for the double check

I created accounts for my different staff at their appropriate levels. I have some staff who missed their initial email and now their link has expired. There seems to be no way to re-send an invitation and changing their status or following the steps by the AI help haven’t worked so they are not able to log in.

Is it possible to set up advocacy forms so that the message to the target must be customized order to submit? The intent is to avoid sending a lot of generic form letters to the official.

There is a duplicate ticket purchase but only money for one of the purchases - how can this be fixed?

Is there a way to turn off or hide event sponsors on an event page like you can with the individual donor roll?  Or is there an option to hide what sponsorship package they chose?  On the other side, is there a way to add logos of sponsors they may offer sponsorships in other ways that are not available for purchase on our event page?  We either want to be able to show everyone or no one, if that makes sense.

I’m setting up an event that has a custom question asking which timeslot they’d like to choose. For exampleSession:A B CThe confirmation page would have a different sentence with a unique Zoom link based on that response.Thank you everyone!

I have been trying to add several grants to different organization profiles and it never works. You can see the ädd button on the profile. See image below.  When I click on the add button, I get an error message and  Error Code [55C6CE-5E9613]  . See image below - Please let me know how to fix this issue. I even sent an email to the help and it has been 5 days no response. This is really limiting my ability to track grants.
