I’m wondering if anyone has experience using Smart List fields versus linking forms and could share some insights! We currently maintain a master list of schools that participants can enroll in. To track enrollment, we use a linking field on a Tier 2 form under each participant’s profile called “Education Outcomes.” This form links to a separate Tier 1 form called “Schools,” which essentially serves as a profile for each school participants can enroll in.I’m working on building a new system, and it seems like using a Smart List field that pulls from the Name field on the “Schools” Tier 1 form might be a simpler approach. Is there any reason to keep the current setup as a linking field rather than switching to a Smart List? The only real reason to keep it as a linking field that I can come up with is if we might need to pull additional information from the “Schools” form for reporting purposes, which could make maintaining the link more useful.I’d love to hear from anyone who has experien

Hi all - polling the crowd here!Curious how others here handle resubscription of those that had unsubscribed at past points? We don’t have a verification email for first-time signups, but for anyone that had previously unsubscribed they receive a confirmation email that includes a verification button with a unique url link that they need to click in order to opt back in (otherwise they stay as subscribed - unconfirmed). No surprise but that email often gets lost or the contact doesn’t follow through with clicking that button … and then gets frustrated that they didnt get a zoom link for an event and things like that. Currently we query in CAL to find the "attempted to resubscribe but not confirmed subscribed" folks, and email them. But we want to make the personal followup with them as smooth as possible. We're trying to avoid the "please search your inbox for an email with the subject line X"  kinda note. Even better if we could get a copy of that original email with the unique URL to

When an applicant is done filling out the form and try to submit, they get an error that reads: Uh Oh. There was a problem. We weren't able to save your intake information, but here is a REQUEST ID “XXXXXXXX” for your records. Please try again later.Initial investigation suggested an issue with the duplicate checks. They hadn’t changed in years u using the form. I tried to change them anyway with no different result.

We’ve added Que Manager to Apricot, a new page where administrators can control how their team uses Que, from turning skills on or off to keeping an eye on credits.✨Participant Snapshot and Note Capture have been free to try during the beta, which ended on October 15. 📣 Organizations that haven’t purchased Que move to a Free plan with 50 credits per user each month (Participant Snapshot uses 5 credits, and Note Capture uses 3). Organizations that have already purchased Que keep full access to all available skills, as long as their administrators have Que turned on.Early Intervention Signals is fully accessible (no credit-limited usage) to all customers (whether they have paid for Que or not) for the time being, as it is still in beta. Data Integrity Review is in beta, but is only accessible for customers who purchase Apricot QueAs more of you start using Que in Apricot, we kept hearing the same question from administrators: “How do I control who can use it?” 💡 Que Manager is our answ

Hi, I've noticed the Every Action Zoom integration creates a lot of duplicates, even when the name and email are an exact match to an existing Contact Record. Are there any plans to fix this? Or if there is some way we can turn on stricter matching across our organization we would gladly do that too as we'd rather not have more than one contact record per email address anyway. Thank you!
