A client who is migrating to EA wants to recreate it’s premium gift forms and is frustrated that if a particular premium has different options (for example different colors of the same water bottle, or different sizes of the same tshirt) they need to create a separate premium for each variant that doesn’t work well in terms of the user experience. Apparently the premium gift option in Luminate (from whence they are migrating) doesn’t have this same limitation -- They have a dropdown that gives the option of selecting a tshirt (and from within that choice, a dropdown selecting the specific size) or “thanks, no tshirt”Has anyone encountered an elegant solution or workaround for this issue?Even if it involves a front end dev using Javascript for example?

Hello! I am writing this message a little out of desperation to see if I can get the attention of someone in Bonterra - because I’ve sent multiple requests to the Billing through Bonterra’s support portal (https://www.bonterratech.com/support), and have also emailed collections@bonterratech.com and responded to the emails we received and have not received a response from anyone through any of these methods in months. Last year, we received two separate invoices for the same service. We paid the first one which was for the correct amount, and explained to Bonterra that the second invoice was an error - since it was for the incorrect amount and we had already paid the annual subscription a few months prior. Someone from Bonterra emailed us and confirmed that the invoice was an error, and that on their end there was no past due amount. That it was a portal issue, and that they would work on fixing it. It’s been months and we are still receiving threatening emails that if we don’t pay in 1

Relationships Overview    Getting Started  Relationships in EveryAction allow you to track connections between contacts in your database, whether they're family members, colleagues, or involved in other personal or professional associations. To access relationships, navigate to a contact record and click on the "Relationships" tab. From there, you can view existing relationships or add new ones to build a comprehensive network of connections within your database.    Feature Details  Relationships are bidirectional connections that automatically create reciprocal entries when established between two contacts. For example, if you designate Contact A as the "parent of" Contact B, the system will automatically create a corresponding "child of" relationship from Contact B to Contact A. This ensures consistency and reduces data entry time when mapping complex networks of relationships.  EveryAction provides both system-defined relationship types (such as spouse, child, employe

User Profiles OverviewUser Profiles give administrators an easy way to assign the same group of permissions or capabilities to multiple users at once. If you have an administrative role in your organization, you may be able to assign pre-set User Profiles to your users and create or edit custom ones. User Profiles control how users interact with records — such as editing and searching — but not which records they can access.Keeping user permissions consistent across your team is one of the most time-consuming parts of account management. User Profiles make it faster and more reliable: configure access once, apply it to everyone in the same role, and update the whole group in one step whenever something changes. Pre-set profiles are named by the packages your organization has purchased, so you can always tell what level of access each profile represents.User Profiles are also hierarchical — you can only manage profiles with fewer permissions than your own. This keeps your organization's

Is there a way to turn off or hide event sponsors on an event page like you can with the individual donor roll?  Or is there an option to hide what sponsorship package they chose?  On the other side, is there a way to add logos of sponsors they may offer sponsorships in other ways that are not available for purchase on our event page?  We either want to be able to show everyone or no one, if that makes sense.
