I keep getting myself confused about using Soft Credits and Attributions so I came here to second check myself. When we receive a contribution from a DAF (such as Goldman Sachs Gives) the correct way to record this is:Assign the Contribution to the contact record for Goldman Sachs Gives.Assign the soft credit to the advising Donor (John Doe) with the attribution type “Donor Advised Fund”Is that correct or do I assign the contribution to John Doe and Goldman Sachs Gives gets the attribution of “Donor Advised Fund”?Thanks for the double check

I did not get approved because I need one of these - Canceled Check Image, Bank Letter or a completed bank Deposit Slip. I do not use checks or deposit slip.  What does the letter need to say?  Does a bank statement work?

If you correspond with your organization's contacts outside of 'Donor Management', you can still track those conversations in one place! Add a 'Bcc' recipientBefore sending an external e-mail to one of your contacts, be sure to include the following address as a 'Bcc' recipient: subdomain@inbound.dm.networkforgood.com If you are unsure of where to find your 'Subdomain', you navigate to 'Your Organization' under the 'Settings' tab on your 'Donor Management' Dashboard.  Note: If your organization’s login link is nfg123.dm.networkforgood.com, add the e-mail address nfg123@inbound.dm.networkforgood.com as the 'Bcc' recipient. You can also visit any contact's profile, scroll down to the 'Communication' section, and click 'Send & Track Personal Email'.?  Your default e-mail client will open an e-mail with your unique 'Bcc' e-mail address. ?   Additional NotesThe e-mail address you use to send the e-mail must match the e-mail address of a Network for Good admin for the e-mails to be track

Hello,I noticed there is now QCD as a payment method. When you select that payment method it will then pop up a box for you to but the Custodian of the account. I am assuming the donation goes to the Donor and then Charles Schwab, Morgan Stanley, Fidelity, etc, goes as the custodian of the account. I am confused as to when to use this feature and when using Soft Credit would be applicable. If anyone has insight on this it would be very appreciated!

While you cannot remove a group of contact records without the assistance of our Support Team, the steps below will help you take steps to resolve this efficiently and smoothly. Step 1: Determine which records to keep and which ones to removeThis may seem like an obvious step - but, sometimes making these decisions is not as simple as asking, "Who has never donated to our organization?" A couple of other groups to consider: contacts who have not attended an event ('Donor Management' does not count tickets or sponsorships as donations)   contacts who are (or are not) engaged with your organization Step 2: Create a filter to segment contacts to removeWe recommend creating a custom filter under your 'Contacts' tab that looks similar to the one below:  This filter includes the following conditions: Total donation amount (lifetime) > equals > 0: this condition will pull any contacts that have no donation records associated with their profile   Number of tickets purchased > equa

My understanding is that if multiple contacts share the same email, Targeted Email and Send an email in a workflow only sends an email to the contact who most recently had that email address added to their record. If that contact is not included in a saved search for a workflow due to suppressions, e.g. marked as deceased, or their email is marked as unsubscribed, will that mean that no one with that email address will receive an email? Or does it send to the next most recent?

When will I see results? The first scan for a newly enrolled form runs overnight. Results are available the following morning. After that, new results accumulate automatically each night. What makes a form eligible for enrollment?A form must have at least one field with Duplicate Check enabled in Form Designer and have 50,000 or fewer active records. Can I enroll large forms?Yes, up to the 50,000-record threshold. Forms above that limit aren’t eligible during the current pilot. What happens if I merge records outside of Data Integrity?Merges performed with the Merge Duplicates tool or any other path outside of Data Integrity aren’t reflected in results until after the next nightly scan has run. What happens to related records when I merge? When two Tier 1 records are merged, all associated Tier 2 records automatically move to the surviving record. Program enrollments don’t follow at this time. We’re working on a fix for an upcoming release. Does Data Integrity change my records automatic

Early Intervention Signals gives your team a daily view of who may need attention, without building a report. A few good habits when you set it up will help your signals stay useful and your team stay confident in them.Getting StartedFor the step-by-step setup, see How do I create an Early Intervention Signal in Apricot? Recommended Practices Start with one signal and a few factors. You can have up to 3 signals during beta, so you have room to grow. Keep criteria simple first. If the output is confusing, simplify your prompt before adding complexity. Use a test participant you know well. Run Review & Test before you activate, and refine until the output matches what you expect. Add protective factors. They’re optional, but they give your team a strengths-based view alongside risks. Give your team a heads up before you activate. New cards will appear in their doc folders. Choose notifications deliberately. Alerts are bundled into one daily digest, so choose the people who

Do I need the Que Intelligence package to use Early Intervention Signals?Yes. Early Intervention Signals is part of Que Intelligence and isn’t available on the Free plan. When does the signal run?Once per night. Output appears in the doc folder the following morning. Use Review & Test for immediate feedback during setup. Will it affect my existing forms or data? No. Signals only reads your data. It never edits forms or records. The only thing that changes is the output card that appears in the doc folder when a signal is active. Why don’t I see signal cards in the doc folder?Signal output only appears for standard users after you activate the signal, and it appears the morning after the next nightly run. Make sure at least one risk factor is on and the master toggle is active. Can I apply a signal to a specific program only? Not directly. Signals are form-based, not program-based. However, if certain Tier 2 forms are only used by specific programs, pointing your signal to those forms ef

OverviewSignals aren’t set in stone. You can edit them, pause individual factors, turn the whole signal off, or archive it. Here’s what each option does.Step 1: Edit a signalYou can edit the signal name, look-back period, risk and protective factors, and notification settings at any time. The Tier 1 form is locked after the signal is first saved. To use a different one, archive or delete the signal and create a new one. When you edit a signal’s configuration, Que re-evaluates relevant participants on the next nightly run. Editing clears previous output. To keep the previous version’s output next to a new one, create a new signal instead of editing, within your 3-signal limit. Step 2: Turn factors on or offEach risk and protective factor has its own toggle. Turn off factors that are under construction without disrupting the active signal. The whole signal also has a master toggle. Deactivating the signal removes all of its output from the doc folder immediately.Step 3: Archive a sign

OverviewReady for your team to see results? Activating a signal makes its output appear in the doc folder for standard users. Follow these steps.Step 1: Let your team knowGive users a heads up before you activate, so they aren’t surprised by new cards in their doc folder.Step 2: Check your factorsMake sure at least one risk factor is toggled on.Step 3: Turn on the master toggleFlip the master signal toggle to active (green).Step 4: Wait for the nightly runThe signal is picked up on the next nightly run. Changes appear in the doc folder the following morning.Good to knowUntil a signal is activated, only administrators can see it.If you don’t see cards in the doc folder, see Early Intervention Signals FAQs.What else do you need help with? Not what you’re looking for? OverviewThe criteria description is the most important part of your configuration. Small changes to wording can significantly change the output. Here’s how to write one that works.Step 1: Start simpleYou have up to 500 characters to tell Que what to look for in the fields you selected. Keep it simple first. If the output is confusing, simplify your prompt before adding complexity.Step 2: Use examples as a starting pointHere are examples from the field: Type Example criteria description Simple (absence) “Flag when there are no new dates in Date of Service or Service Notes in the look-back period.” Field relationship “Risk factor if the answer to ‘School Age Eligible’ does not match ‘Enrolled in School’.” Score over time “Low score = lower risk, high score = higher risk. Flag when score is increasing over time.”  Step 3: Name the fields and the ruleRefer to the fields you selected by name, and say plainly what should trigger the

What is Que Manager?Que Manager is the admin page in Apricot where Administrators control how Que operates across the organization: site-wide on/off, which skills are available, which users can access them, and credit usage. Where do I find Que Manager?Select the Admin name in the top right corner, choose Account Management, and select Que in the left navigation menu. Only users with Administrator access can view it. What is the difference between Standard and Administrator access?Standard users can use enabled Que skills and consume credits when they do. Administrators have the same skill access, plus the ability to manage Que settings for the entire organization. What skills are available?Participant Snapshot and Note Capture are available on all plans. Early Intervention Signals and Data Integrity Review are available with Que Intelligence only. Early Intervention Signals is in Open Beta starting October 15, 2026, and Data Integrity Review is coming to Que Manager later this month.

OverviewFactors tell Que what to look for. Risk factors flag participants who may need attention, and protective factors flag positive change. They’re configured the same way. Follow these steps.Step 1: Add a risk factorUnder your signal, click Add Risk Factor. For each factor: Name it clearly, for example, “No recent service notes.” Select a Tier 2 form from the dropdown, for example, Case Notes. Select up to 5 fields from that form for Que to analyze. Write your Criteria Description (up to 500 characters). This is your mini AI prompt. See How do I write a good criteria description for a signal? Set Priority (optional) to rank the factor’s importance. Step 2: Repeat as neededYou can add up to 5 risk factors per signal. Leave factors toggled off while you’re still building them.Step 3: Add protective factors (optional)Protective factors work the same way, but flag positive change. A signal only needs one risk factor to be viable, so protective factors are optional, though they’
